The idea

Two minutes, a table held

Booking at Iwao is no ordeal. The online tool is open day and night: you pick a date, a slot and a number of guests, you confirm, and the confirmation lands at once. No account to create, no waiting — the table is held in your name straight away.

If you'd rather speak, the phone is the most direct channel during opening hours. It's also the one to use for anything out of the ordinary: a large party, an allergy to flag, a wish for the terrace. Either way the idea is the same — say ahead of time who you are and when you're coming, so the bowl waits for you, not the other way around.

Three ways to book

Pick whichever suits you — the result is the same: a table in your name, on rue Sainte.

24/7

Online

The booking tool runs around the clock. Date, slot, number of guests, and the confirmation comes within the second. The fastest way, at any hour of day or night.

During hours

By phone

A call to the restaurant during service and the team sets up a table for you. Ideal for a last-minute booking or a precise question before you come.

The right time

When to book

The house fills quickly, especially in the evening and at weekends. For a Friday or Saturday night, book a few days ahead; for a weekday lunch, the day before is often enough. Iwao serves lunch Wednesday to Saturday and dinner Tuesday to Sunday — Monday the house is closed, so keep it in mind when picking your date.

One last useful reflex: when you book, mention anything that matters for your visit. A wish for the terrace, an allergy, a pushchair, a birthday to celebrate quietly. The sooner we know, the better we set your table — and the closer your visit on rue Sainte will be to what you hoped for.

Our tip

For a weekend evening, book online a few days ahead: it is the slot that goes fastest. For any special request, the contact form remains the best channel.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I book a table at Iwao?
Two ways: online through the booking tool, open 24/7 with instant confirmation, or by phone on +33 4 91 54 08 27 during opening hours. For a group or a special request, use the contact form.
Do I really need to book?
It isn't compulsory, but it is strongly recommended, especially in the evening and at weekends when the room fills quickly. Booking guarantees your table and avoids the wait; without a booking, the welcome depends on the seats free when you arrive.
How far ahead should I book?
For a Friday or Saturday night, allow a few days. For a weekday lunch or a quieter evening, the day before is usually enough. Online, you see the remaining slots in real time.
Can I book for a large group?
Yes. For a large party, a private hire or a special occasion, write to us through the contact form rather than the online tool: we arrange the welcome and come back with a suitable proposal.
Can I request a table on the terrace?
The terrace has around fifteen seats and goes fast in fine weather. Mention your wish when you book, by phone or via the form: we will do our best depending on the weather and availability.
What are the opening hours?
Iwao serves lunch Wednesday to Saturday (12:00 – 14:30) and dinner Tuesday to Sunday (19:00 – 22:30). Monday the house is closed. The online tool stays open at any hour to prepare your visit.
